Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items, such as personalized products, digital downloads, and perishable goods, may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product.
  • Please contact us at wellnesshive4u@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.

Exceptions

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
